In this workshop you will…

Learn to pipe 6 flower cupcakes with buttercream which you will take home to enjoy!

As part of the class I share my cupcake recipe with you as well as how to make my buttercream and how to colour it using gel and pastes.

You’ll also learn how to fill the piping bags to get the varied shades and tones and effects on the petals and leaves, as well as how to hold and use the many nozzles

Together we will practice piping flowers on a board before piping onto my delicious cupcakes that I will have made in advance

Plus there will be many other tips and tricks along the way!

Usual cost is £85 per person.

Minimum booking is 3-4 people. Payment upon booking is required
