Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a cake/ cupcakes/ bouquet from Flour & Bloom it is assumed that you have read and accepted my terms and conditions in full.

All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your exact specifications of design and size of cake/ cupcakes/ bouquet.

All payments are taken in full upon confirmation of order via bank transfer. Details of which will be provided on your order invoice and must be paid within 24 hours.

All orders are made to order and available for free collection from Horsted Keynes, West Sussex. All delivery charges are subject to consultation and will be confirmed with you before your order is confirmed.

Any non collected orders due to sickness or extreme circumstances are refundable only at Flour & Bloom’s discretion. I reserve the right to refuse a refund of any order placed should I deem it unreasonable or unsuitable to do so.

Once an order is confirmed, adjustments and alterations may only be made at the discretion of Flour & Bloom on an individual basis. I reserve the right to refuse any adjustments and alterations after an order is finalised. All details of your order will be presented to you on your invoice, please look at this closely as payment of your order acts as confirmation.

Collection or delivery times will be confirm when you place your order. Once you have agreed on your collection or delivery time it is your responsibility to adhere to the chosen time and date. Failure to do so will result in your order being resold. Any rescheduled collection or delivery times will be solely at Flour & Blooms discretion and cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.

Due to the perishable nature of these products I do not recommend keeping longer than three days. There are no refunds available on any perishable items.

Refrigeration can alter the flavour and texture of the product. Store in a cool, dry place if necessary.

Any allergies MUST be declared at the time of placing your order. Flour & Bloom holds no responsibility for any food allergies or reactions that are not declared at time of purchase.

Due to the nature of these products I cannot always guarantee 100% uniformity in colours from order to order, separate batches may vary slightly, however I always endeavour to keep consistency.

Customer design specifications are available and idea images can be sent via Facebook messenger @sue.flourandbloom or via email sue.flourandbloom@gmail.com. Final designs and variants thereof are at the final discretion of Flour & Bloom to ensure the best possible result for each individual customer.

Different sized cakes/ cupcakes/ bouquets contain different variants of design and colours. Final design specifications are at Flour & Bloom’s discretion.

If you are in any way unhappy with your order please inform me promptly so that I can rectify any issues in a timely fashion. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued without return of the product, which is the customers responsibility to return to Flour & Bloom.
